Most salons are fully set up in under 30 minutes using our onboarding wizard. Select your salon type and it pre-loads a service catalog with realistic pricing for your industry. For larger teams or those migrating from another system, we offer free white-glove onboarding where our team sets everything up alongside you.
Yes. You can import clients, services, and staff via CSV from any existing system. If you're migrating from another platform (Vagaro, Mindbody, Square Appointments, etc.), we'll walk you through the export and import process — or handle it for you as part of white-glove onboarding.
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account enters a grace period where your data stays safe and accessible for 90 days. Nothing gets deleted. No surprise charges — we don't require a credit card to start your 14-day trial.
